Boxing
Our boxing class aims to build a solid foundation in the fundamental skills such as punching, movement and pad work while systematically progressing through to more advanced techniques such as slipping and weaving.
COMMANDO CAMP
PPTC’s Commando camp program incorporates barbells, kettle bells, sand bags, dead balls, medicine balls, TRX, battle ropes, climbing ropes, kegs, tyres, sledge hammers, boxing, skipping, running and much more….
Kickboxing
Our kickboxing class aims to build a solid foundation in the fundamental skills such as punching, kicking and pad work while systematically progressing through to more advanced techniques.
Kickboxing is a great way to increase your physical fitness while learning new skills.
Base Camp
Base Camp focuses on the fundamental skills. You will get familiar with different types of equipment and a wide range of different movements and exercises. Whist building on skill and technique, each session still provides you with a challenging workout that focuses on the entire body in a variety of movements.
